Agency, not employment

Use AI to solve real problems — and earn by doing it.

A global network helping young people, in the places the digital world reaches last, learn to use AI to solve real problems for real businesses — and earn by doing it. We build capability and agency, not a job, and not a promise of income.

Talent is everywhere; access isn't.

Bright, motivated young people are born everywhere — but the connections, the tools, and the on-ramps to real work are not shared evenly. AI changes what's possible: a person who can frame a problem and use AI to solve it can now do work that used to require a whole team or a formal credential.

collab.network exists to put that within reach. Not just the skills — also the know-how to find real clients, and the literacy to navigate that work wisely and safely.

How it works

Three honest steps. Real client work from the start — the on-ramp is the mission.

Step 1

Build capability with AI

Learn to use AI as a tool for solving problems — framing the real question, doing the work, and checking it. Not "prompting tricks": judgment.

Step 2

Earn your first dollar

Help a small business run its operations better with AI — a real, ongoing client relationship, and your first portfolio piece.

Step 3

Grow into bigger problems

Take on harder problems and build toward your own work — documenting a portfolio of real problems solved the whole way.

Earning this way is real, but not guaranteed or instant. We prepare young people for that honestly.

LMS Companion — a calm symptom companion

A warm, private mobile app that helps people living with a rare cancer track how they feel, gently. It's an example of AI put to work on a real human problem — the kind of thoughtful, real-world problem-solving this network is about.
