Safeguarding
Protecting the people we work with.
Much of this network is about young people. Their safety and dignity come first — online and off.
Our commitment
We are building a program for young and sometimes vulnerable people, and we take that responsibility seriously. In plain terms, we commit to:
- Protecting young people from harm — including exploitative, unsafe, or harmful online work. We steer people toward real, fair opportunities and away from anything that puts them at risk.
- Anti-scam — we teach people to recognize and avoid scams, protect their pay, and keep their information safe.
- Anti-harassment — we do not tolerate harassment, abuse, or discrimination in any space we run, and we act on reports.
- Honesty — we never promise income or jobs, and we don't ask young people to do work we wouldn't feel right about.
Raising a concern
If something doesn't feel right — for you or someone else — please tell us. Email safeguarding@collab.network and a real person will respond. You can raise a concern even if you're not sure; we'd rather hear from you.
A formal, written safeguarding policy is being finalized as the program launches. This page states our commitments in the meantime. This page collects no personal data.
